@elonmusk@evafox The amount of bad information being spread on ticktock is out of control. we need to demand more sourcing details for the content that is being published. it's scary what someone will believe if they are simply entertained long enough to listen
@singularityu As an end user, ChatGPT (@OpenAI) is a huge productivity booster. as an example, the ability to quickly summarize content into bulleted form and then expand on specific topics you don't understand allows me to learn new things at lightning speed
You are not your job.
You are not your parents.
You are not a credit score.
You are not a school diplomas.
You are not the clothes you wear.
You are not a neighborhood or house.
You are not defined by the size of your network.
You are the sum of your words, choices and actions.
If you’re a startup, now is the time to ensure 100% of your effort is going into the highest impact areas of your business. The side projects and low probability bets are for another time, you can’t afford to dilute your efforts now.
If the founder can’t sell it, no one can.
If a senior rep under the founder can’t sell it, then a sales leader can't build a team to sell it.
If a sales team within the company can’t sell it, then no third party sales team can sell it.
So build out sales in that order.
Leadership isn't a race to make the fastest decisions. It's a responsibility to make the wisest decisions.
Time pressure leads to shallow processing. Many of our regrets are choices made in haste.
Being quick and decisive is overrated. Being patient and flexible is underrated.
@JohnMBarrows Find thought leaders that you trust and start reading everything you can get your hands on. Dig into your email data and look for ways to increase your conversion rates. if you have call recording software, listen to as many calls as you can. learn from your mistakes.
