@SkyHelpTeam Why has my replacement Sky Hub been sent to my old address, when we moved WITH you via a Sky home move and I updated my address as soon as I moved. It's not even on my account anymore. It's one issue after another with your broadband!
@Gaming1Player8 @SkyUK It's appalling, if you have their Essential package they guarantee you absolutely no service - as I was told on the phone by their tech team. You have to pay for that guarantee, a contract with them appears to means nothing
