I continue to think about next steps in the $TWTR vs @elonmusk battle. Elon sold $6.9B $TSLA shares at an avg price of $869 from 8/5-8/7 to guard against the “hopefully unlikely” event Judge McCormick forces the $TWTR deal to close after the trial 10/17-10/21.

2/ $TSLA released FSD 10.69 to high praise among 1,000 FSD beta testers, and raised the N. America FSD price from $12K to $15K effective 9/5/2022. This could add $.30/share to 2023 EPS, assuming no reduction in take rate. TSLA stock splits 3:1 after market close Wed.

Great chart from @nerdalert. Each year since 2020 my EPS starts 40%+ higher than Street EPS, and every year WS takes up ests throughout the year, fueling outperformance. 2022 has been an exception, where YTD ests are again +43%, but $TSLA P/E compressed due to macro and $TWTR.
