mi papá me ha hecho los cuentos de sus experiencias con el clasismo y racismo los concesionarios de vehículos, pero escucharlo de una entrevista sin ningún tipo de filtro o reflexión sobre lo que tan diciendo me vuelve loca💀
I don't know where we got the idea that kids like having stay-at-home moms. I used to hate finding my mom at home after school. LIKE, Why are you here, lady? She used to take the day off on the first day of school so she could drop us off. I'm not sure why, but I hated that
Neil Patrick Harris reveals his $250,000 salary per episode nearly caused a cast revolt on How I Met Your Mother
Howard Stern asked, "You made $250,000 an episode when it ended. Does everyone make $250,000 a week by the end?"
Neil said, "Yeah, everyone made the same. That is that weird, nasty negotiation time around season four or five where everyone gathers internally to decide if we want to make our own deals or go unified as a cast."
Howard said, "And isn't it weird when you have a cast where people want to go in together, and there is one holdout who says, 'Fuck you guys, I think I can do better on my own?' So the asshole was you?"
Neil replied, "I wasn't an asshole. I just felt like we all had individual careers that we had nurtured up until that point. When you have an agent, a manager, and an attorney hardcore fighting for your financial future, to have solidarity with someone who has done less and benefits from being brought up... You're fighting for yourself in Hollywood. I wasn't trying to take someone else's money, I just wanted my team to fight as hard as they could for me."
Howard asked, "Why did you eventually go in with all of them?"
Neil said, "We were about to not have a ninth season, and we all got together for an extra season like a fantastic final lap. By season nine, I feel like everyone has proven their worth on the show, everyone is providing, and deserves to get paid well."
Concacaf Statement Regarding the Proposed FIFA Forward Enterprise
"Concacaf was only made aware of this matter through media reports and, subsequently, via a media release.
We are deeply concerned by the lack of due process.
We share the disappointment of many within our region and the game that this level of detail has been designed and shared publicly before any discussion with the relevant governance bodies and stakeholders has taken place.
As leaders within football, we are the custodians of the game. Collectively, FIFA, the Confederations and every Member Association have a responsibility to always act in the best interests of the sport. Every decision we make must be guided by good governance, robust processes and long-term stewardship.
This is the framework within which Concacaf operates. We trust that all within the FIFA family will act in the same manner.”
