@virginmedia didn’t think you could get any worse. In my possession via email I’ve a contract summary and information documents dated 12th February and am being told today that it’s ‘expired’? Explain how and why aside from it being a cheaper offer than what you are offering now.

@virginmedia Instead offering a new deal that was considerably higher than what I agreed on 12th February. Then insisting I give 30 days notice to leave. The disparity between ‘new customer’ offers and loyal customers of 10 years is daylight robbery.

@virginmedia I renewed on 12th February via the website and received the new contract details via email. 2 weeks later I received a bill that did not reflect the new costs. When I called to query this today the lady on the phone said the offer didn’t exist despite having a contract.

@NicholasJSimms @WhistleblowingT Agree wholeheartedly with this. For me WhatsApp is personal and I like to keep the two separate. Receiving doctors notes via WhatsApp is what made my mind up. Nothing of a professional nature should be shared on this platform.
