Our report with @ADP was released recently - revealing concerning trends in gender pay gap reporting 📊

Almost 1 in 5 large employers haven't conducted reporting, and 18% are unaware of their status. Particularly alarming is the high percentage among organisations with 250 to 499 employees ⚙️

Reporting and analysing gender pay gap data is crucial for combating discrimination and fostering equality in the workplace. Understand the root causes, from recruitment to rewards, and develop actionable plans for change 🌍
