Make it two classes. How America began and what it became is the most significant event in the last three hundred years.

I’m curious of your questions.

1. Do you have no idea of the social and observational cues that might identify someone’s social class
2. Are you asking to relicit thoughts to see how it aligns with your own ideas
3. You don’t believe there are signals and presume that it still results in skin color

I asked but did not require guests to clean up.

All of those tasks listed are helpful but not required imo.

Dishwashers have plenty of options including a short cycle. Same with laundry machines. That’s a poor reason.

If early check-in is a problem for you to coordinate then don’t offer it. Another poor reason.

I guarantee that the competitive marketplace will still offer early checkins and no clean up even if you do not. The market will pass on true cost increases if the market supports it.

As for cleaning fees, many people probably don’t realize the cleaning fee is NOT subject to Airbnbs fees so a good rate is sometimes subsidized by the cleaning fee. (This was accurate ten years ago when I was hosting Airbnbs so may not be true today).
