A lot of farm succession problems aren't really caused by trusts, taxes, LLCs, or legal documents.

They're caused much earlier by:
• unclear roles
• poor communication
• no management transition
• everyone looking out for themselves

The legal plan matters.

But the family & business work has to happen too.

That's how you give the farm its best chance of surviving another generation.

The end.

Look at this 1950s beach pic, everyone fit as a fiddle! No keto, vegan, or paleo diets. No gym memberships, no fancy fitness tech or wellness influencers. They also weren't drinking protein shakes or counting calories.

So what went wrong? A THREAD 🧵⬇️

Wow. The Biden DOJ is suing Arizona because they just passed a law requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

What does that tell you?

Fortunately we weren’t home and all our neighbors are safe as well. Unfortunately we took a direct hit😞. Very thankful for everyone who just showed up and got to work to.
