Reactions to this weeks topic? Shared governances definitely a new one for me. I know why “The Lost Soul of Higher Ed” was saved for my last class. Very depressing especially page 210 referring to adjuncts as “units of flexibility”, not people. #edl763

@SlpKatie1962 I didn’t hit on this topic in my faculty interview but maybe because the structure of the UK university system. I will say this was a completely new topic for me. The articles were a little discouraging as a for or against mind set. Why can’t it be more of a teamwork approach?
