​병원 가서 서류 뗄 때 돈 아끼는 완전 꿀팁이 있어서 가져왔어.

1.보험사에 필요한 건 '질병 코드'다

보험사에서 정작 필요한 건 비싼 진단서 자체가 아니라, 그 안에 적힌 **'질병 분류 코드'**래. 굳이 2만 원씩 내고 진단서를 끊을 필요가 없다는 거지!

2.​'환자보관용 처방전'을 활용하자

처방전을 받을 때 **"환자보관용으로 질병 코드 나오게 한 장 더 주세요"**라고 말하면 돼. 여기에도 질병 코드가 그대로 적혀 나오기 때문에 진단서와 똑같은 효력을 발휘해. 심지어 이건 무료야!

3.100만 원 이하 소액 청구는 진단서가 필요 없다.

금융감독원에서도 100만 원 이하의 소액 보험금 청구는 진단서를 요구하지 말라고 규정해 놨대. 처방전만으로도 법적으로 100% 처리가 가능하니까 당당하게 제출하면 돼.

4.약 처방이 없는 치료라면? '초진 차트'나 '통원확인서'

만약 약 처방이 안 나오는 치료를 받았다면, 진단서 대신 **200원 내고 초진 차트(환자 진료기록)**를 복사하거나, 3,000원짜리 통원확인서를 떼면 훨씬 저렴하게 질병 코드를 증명할 수 있어.
