Exciting things are happening here. The panels are going up Wednesday 👍 The first big hitter on our energy efficiency to-do list. #solarpower #greenenergy

@LukePollard Just brilliant news. Had the enormous pleasure of meeting @Dylan4Compton as he visited homes in our area ahead of elections, and thinking what an absolutely wonderful warm, friendly and passionate councillor candidate, so pleased for you Dylan. Wishing you every success.

Delighted to be attending some upcoming @DevComsTogether energy saving advice sessions in Buckland Monachorum 14/3 and Buckfastleigh 16/3 on behalf of Drayton, to support Devon communities in the wake of skyrocketing energy prices. #energybills #energyefficiency #wiser

@labourlewis @BorisJohnson The man can't even read his speech as if he knows what he's talking about, stuttering through simple sentences, re-checking his notes and visibly eager to be somewhere else. Pure insult that he expects people to trust his words after his performance at #COP26 Absolutely shameful.

Involved with CSR messaging? Keep yourself educated, learn from those who got it wrong & check your own activity. Greenwashing is not just unethical but extremely risky, what you think may boost reputation can destroy it. Great examples of what NOT to do! https://t.co/ylImnvzg8k

Sir David Attenborough’s powerful message to leaders at #COP26 reminds them why they are there. The world is watching. #EyesOnCOP26

@RewildingB @channel4earth Would love to see well-managed bison herds.

Plymouth was very sad to lose its beaver pair this year, they escaped as floods damaged fence (I see you climate change) & female hit by a car. Male rehomed for his welfare. Hope beavers will return with better protection 🤞 #Rewilding

@fwn_science @redmayne_robert Current carbon capture & storage capability stands at ~0.1% of global emissions, so no excuse for companies to ignore their emissions in favour of offsetting. Perhaps penalties for marketing offsetting activities without transparent information on their emissions reduction plan?

California's most extreme rainfall ever follows most extreme drought ever.

In a year of violent weather events, how many decision makers have taken their heads out of the sand to notice the pattern? Better had soon, or that sand will be under 10 feet of water. #ClimateCrisis

[Scott Duncan @ScottDuncanWX]

Record-breaking low pressure off the coast of the Pacific Northwest.

The storm also delivered record-breaking rainfall to parts of California after record-breaking dry streak.

Record-breaking number of times I have written record-breaking in a tweet.

@PaulEDawson Yes that will be great to see! Financial deterrents for the super rich are rarely enough as we've seen, but demonstrating real human impact has been shown to resonate well in the past. It's just sad that it has to take so much suffering for action to be taken.

[MofDevon @scienceandchoc]

@PaulEDawson 1. Increasing volume and passion of climate change action among individuals, which with enough volume will drive demand and higher level change.
2. #Earthshot
3. The fact we simply CANNOT give up hope, or progress stops.

Recipe for 'convivial fraternal spirit' - by Jacob Rees-Mogg:
- Boil a chamber pot of Donald Trump's sweat
- Add your secret pair of Katie Hopkin's pants (sniff first)
- Add dash of milk stolen from schoolchildren
- Stir to the right
- Remove all colour

I'll stick to a mask, ta

Jacob Rees-Mogg says the Health Secretary's guidance on wearing face masks in crowded indoor spaces doesn't apply to Conservative MPs because "we on this side know each other" and have a "convivial fraternal spirit."

This is so needed on every channel, biggest Q is how to get through to prolific new-product buyers in our families, friends & workplaces without turning them off? Would the same ad creators break away & become advertisers for self-restraint? #AdrianChiles https://t.co/xTVgZ0VABs

@A_48er Best actions for this interim period will be reducing energy LOSS as per Mr MT, & reducing energy USE by improving boiler efficiency. More sophisticated heat controls that support boiler modulation, system balancing & room-to-room control. BEAMA have great resources on this 🙂
