A1: If students don’t see a relevance to their lives outside of school they don’t see a need to complete/attempt the work. If the lesson isn’t engaging and “fun” many students fail to complete the work.

A2: Eating healthy & eating a balanced amount is huge! It’s really hard to teach if you’re tired from lunch or hungry still because you didn’t eat enough. Another thing is to ensure you are surrounding yourself by positive people who find the good things not all the negatives!
