Francis Schaeffer attends a Presbyterian church meeting where a Unitarian spoke out against the truth of the Bible and its teachings. A young lady named Edith had prepared a rebuttal, but before she could speak, Francis stood up and shredded the speaker's arguments.

Edith was impressed, and after she read her remarks, Francis was impressed as well. He walked her home, the beginning of their lifelong relationship and ministry together.

@WWTRaceway Thank you so much for posting this picture. I was there for this race and he was my favorite driver in the event. Only Ford that had anything against the Chevys that day. It's really hard to find pictures of this event online. Got any of him on the track in the #60?

Many Christians posture as “politically homeless” or tout a “third way” centrism that, in practice, amounts to: whatever wins me points with my peers. They dull their edge against the popular crowd while loudly rebuking the approved targets.

Biblical impartiality is nothing like this. It rejects clout-chasing. It has the courage to praise good and condemn evil wherever they appear—even if that means being accused of “taking a side” with the unmentionables.

Stop hedging. Stop saying, “I don’t agree with them on most things, but…” Stop softening every critique with a limp “both sides do it.” That is not honesty. It is fear of man. Say what is true. Not what flatters a God-hating culture.
