@maxindia After making my payment at the counter, the staff asked to see the SMS and took pictures of it without consent. When I asked, they said it's to handle returns if some customers don't receive the SMS. What’s the logic in taking pics from those who did recieved the sms?

@flipkartsupport I have placed an laptop order on September 23rd, despite the product received at the nearest hub on September 26, the product delivery was never attempted. I have raised two support tickets regarding this and the resolution date is keep getting extended. 1/2

@flipkartsupport I was awaiting eagerly for ur resolution, instead ur agent called and informed that the order will be canceled due to UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE. I asked him to check again and now he asked me to wait another 24 hours. What a service! No 1 has a clue what is happening wid the orders

@Acer_India @Acer_India At exactly 1 year from the date of purchase now the laptop doesn't turn on. CC Agent telling warranty expired yesterday and it is not covered anymore. Yesterday in CC, IVR stated customer care not available now and asked to call later!!
