@easyjet. What the??? Our flight Bristol to Glasgow EZY405 delayed from 14:45 to 17:50… yet the flight EZY410 that was due to go at 16:50 has been delayed by 10 minutes…. And absolutely no representation at Bristol airport???

@BritishTelecom why does a communication company promise to call you, then never call??? I have an issue with a charge on my bill and I have had to call 4 times, each time I am promised I will get a call back! Still no resolution!
