America needs a Convention of States. Article V.

It is clear that Congress is unable to fix a budget that will not lead to the insolvency of the Republic.

Whether it is due to graft, laziness, ignorance, self-discipline, or the corruption of power - our elected officials have demonstrated they have forfeited the Public Trust.

Under the U.S. Constitution, states can initiate a constitutional amendment through the process outlined in Article V. Specifically, amendments can be proposed by a convention called for by two-thirds of the state legislatures (currently 34 out of 50 states). It takes 38 States to ratify.

- Term limits
- Balanced Budget
- Line item veto.
