@PNCBank_Help The UX mask for remembered ID's doesn't differentiate between user ID's ending in the same 4 letters. So if I have multiple saved user ID's I can't tell the difference.
Mask the user id's intelligently? Other banks pull it off. s/^(.).*(.)$/\1\2/

Answers to security questions don't allow for spaces. This is absurd, considering many of the questions are things such as "what is the name of your cousin" or "what is the name of the place you <3 as a child".
Those answers have spaces.
