This is a flyer from WCES, Jan. 1987. This was the announcement of both Zelda and Punch-Out!!, which did not yet have Mike Tyson attached.
At the time ALL packaging used the "black box" design from 1985, so they mocked the two games up with it.

Illustrator Lawrence Fletcher passed away last month according to his sister. He did many game illustrations from the late 80s to the mid 90s, especially for the US branch of Vic Tokai, starting with Clash at Demonhead.
