@Wes_nship Part of the targeting issue is that offensive players can lower their head with no consequences. Eliminate targeting as a penalty if the offensive player lowers his head. Make offensive players take responsibility for head injuries as well.

@Beverlyradio @wesrucker247 Then the school they go to should have to replace all NIL money paid as a buyout. And perhaps it should be a multiple of that amount. And there should be an NIL limit for schools just like there is a salary cap. Make them sign contracts. Make it a business.
