@ChiefSecyUP Pl. see UP Stamp(Valuation of Property)3rd amendment Rules 2015, Grp Hsg flats & apptt. have been left out of imp. change. GH flats are also non-comml bldg, valuation shld also be on basis of carpet area not FALSE super area. Flats be same mode of valuation as shops.
