@SportsCenter The discussion with my crew is whether Purdue fires him now or waits the prequisite 4 years because his lack of situational awareness is not going to end well.
@united Million Miler here. Basic Economy is a terrible product that I will never choose to book. Your new flight search obfuscates the non-Basic economy price and forces me to opt out every time. Please either revert this UX change or allow me to opt out of seeing Basic fares.
@sm It's also not good as a passenger. I feel like the evolution of a frequent flyers journey goes from "hey, this food and drink is free in first class" to " this food is actually terrible and I feel terrible after drinking when I arrive at my destination".
@united And, maybe be a bit less boisterous in your program description that a particular tier grants upgrades xx hours before departure.
Love, your most loyal customers
This year I reached Platinum on @united which supposedly opens the upgrade window at 72 hours before departure. 72 hours comes and goes with no upgrade yet seats are available for paid upgrade. Begin investigation.
@united If United intends instead to hold seats as long as possible to squeez in a paid upgrade, that's fine. But then tell your customers what you really mean to do.
@united United says you can't rely on the seat map in lieu of "available seats", which is undefined. But if I can buy an upgrade isn't in available? What defines "available to upgrade" then?
@Cigna I already waived my privacy by posting to the world here. Keep me posted on your progress on getting this figured out! Remember, you already have all the information you need to resolve including my address!
Because when you have a prescription for eye drops from an eye doctor who specializes in glaucoma (and whose name is listed on the letter) you surely getting it for...eyelash growth.
@Cigna you could at least try to be less obvious in your blanket denials.
@Cigna I don't need to be connected to a care advocate to be told to fill forms out or call doctors or whatever. You have all the information you need in the letter you sent me. I look forward to you addressing this on your own.
New South Park nails it. Health insurance is complete racket: when I was sick (paid into insurance entire life, never used it) at age 33 they tried to deny coverage. MDs at Stanford Oncology had to plead case. Took us weeks. While at my worst. Burn it down
Hey @TSA if you're going to keep going through my golf bag can you at least give a rip enough to put it back how you found it? There's a reason the straps are all tucked in...
We fixed the field and apparently now it's 7-10 business days to update. I didn't realize Chase was still using the pony express and paper ledgers to track MileagePlus numbers.
Seriously Chase, get the lawyers out of the room and do better with IT and service.
I signed up for my first Chase credit card in years and now remember why I don't use Chase credit cards. First, the account setup online flow lost some of my personal information and now I have to call Chase (and United) to fix it. #ChaseBank
Finally, I'm routed to a customer service rep. She tells me there's a security hold on my account and I need to talk to the fraud department. But I just talked to the fraud department, I tell her. Sorry, gotta talk to security, please hold.
After I suggested I would be a hostile incoming back to the fraud team, the customer rep decided to call them herself and address, which was good service.
