स्पा सेंटरच्या नावाखाली सुरू असलेले काळे धंदे उघडकीस आणून पोलिसात तक्रार दाखल करून कोणतीही कारवाई न झाल्याने आणि नागरिकांसमोर पोलीस स्पा मध्ये बंद दाराआड सेटलमेंट करतात का ही विचारणा केली असता महिला पत्रकाराला #KhandagalePriya कानाखाली मारणे… हि आहे का आपली न्याय व्यवस्था ? हा कायद्याचा मार्ग आहे का ? @Dev_Fadnavis

पोलिसांकडे फक्त एवढीच मागणी केली होती की, तक्रारीवर कायदेशीर कारवाई करून केलेली कारवाई पारदर्शकपणे जनतेसमोर आणा, पण म्हणणं ऐकून घेण्याऐवजी, हात उचलण्यात आला.

The most expensive part of a hospital bill may never touch the hospital at all.

A patient admitted for care has no way of knowing whether the price on a medical consumable reflects its actual cost or a markup fixed long before it ever reached the ward. That gap in information is, at its core, a public health issue.

A survey of hospital consumables in Maharashtra found an IV infusion set with a trade price of ₹11.05 carrying a printed MRP of ₹325 ; a markup of 2,841%. A syringe procured at ₹6.75 carried an MRP of ₹57.20. A catheter procured at ₹29.41 carried an MRP of ₹310.

These are not elective purchases. Patients cannot compare prices, seek alternatives, or question a number printed on a box while receiving care and the MRP itself is often fixed upstream by manufacturers and distributors, disconnected from the trade price by a wide, unexplained margin. The result is a system where the party bearing the cost has the least information to evaluate it.

The regulatory gap is structural: scheduled medicines are capped under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013. Most medical devices and consumables are not leaving both the pricing and the information around it almost entirely unmonitored.

A review of these findings and clear guidelines on the permissible gap between trade procurement price and declared MRP have been recommended to the Department of Pharmaceuticals and the NPPA ; a step toward closing not just a pricing gap, but the information gap patients are left to bear alone.

पुणे पोलिसांनी मध्यरात्री संतोष पंडीतांना अटक केली .त्याअगोदर बॅंकेनी त्यांच्या घरावर तातडीने जप्ती आणली ह्याला पंडीतांनाकडून दोन गुन्हे घडले .

१) महाराष्ट्रातील शिक्षणाची वाट लावणारे चंद्रकांत पाटलांचा त्यांनी खालच्या शब्दात अपमान केला .हे तेच चंद्रकांत पाटील आहेत ज्यांच्या बेजबाबदार विधानामुळे आणि तुघलकी निर्णयामुळे महाराष्ट्राचं शिक्षण धोक्यात आलं आहे .अजून मुलांचे महाविद्यालयीन प्रवेश रखडलेत ...!!

२) गोपिचंद पडळकरांवर टिका . पंडीतांनी कॅमेरात चुका दाखवून दिल्या .त्यावर स्पष्टीकरण न देता पडळकरांच्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी खालच्या भाषेत शिविगाळ केली .

हे तेच पुणे पोलिस आहेत जे पोर्शे अपघात प्रकरणात आरोपीला पिझ्झा नेऊन देतात .हे तेच पुणे पोलिस आहेत जे खंडणी गुन्ह्यात असतात ...हि त्यांची नितिमत्ता आहे .

डोंबिवली फास्ट मधला माधव जसा चिडून जाऊन हतबल होतो ती हतबलता प़डीतांच्या मुखावर दिसते .पंडीत कुठल्या पक्षाचे नाहित सामान्य नागरिक आहेत . सामान्य माणसांचे प्रश्न विचारत आहेत .

राजकारणी आणि सत्ताधारी कुणीही असो त्यांना वाटतं सामान्य माणसांनी प्रश्न विचारू नयेत . सामान्य माणसासारखं वागावं .राजकारण्यांचा इगो दुखावतो .मग सामान्य माणसाचा असामान्य छळ चालू होतो . लोकशाही हुकूमशाही कडे झुकली जाते .

आज संतोष पंडित जात्यात आहे आपण सुपात आहोत .आपणं सवाल विचारले तर आपल्याला चिरडण्याची
हिंमत राजकीय नेते करणार ...जवाब विचारायला हवेत .

कारण म्हातारी मेल्याचं दुःखं नाही काळ सोकावतोय...!!

We lost another good officer, IAS Divya Mittal, today.

She resigned.

I still remember the case where people in a UP village were dependent on tanker water for 75 years. Villagers requested the MP and MLA many times, but nothing was done.

Then she brought tap water to the village. But she was transferred just because she didn’t invite the local MLA for the inauguration of the water project. After that, the pipeline supplying water to the village was vandalized by some goons.

It feels like our system is designed to punish honest officers.

She left her London job to serve the people of India. But today, she resigned.

I don’t know the reason for her resignation, but I am sure her honesty must have played a role.

ZEE टीवी के मालिक सुभाष चंद्रा का 22 हजार करोड़ का लोन केवल 6.5 करोड़ में माफ कर दिया गया है।

13 हजार करोड़ LIC के भी डूबे हैं, यानी 99.9% लोन माफ हो गए हैं।

विजय माल्या ने भी तंज कसा है कि मेरा कुल 9 हजार करोड़ था, मुझे भी कुछ ऐसी ही स्कीम दे देते।

पूरे मामले में जज नीलेश शर्मा की भूमिका पर गंभीर सवाल उठ रहे हैं।

बैंक कभी ये चार्ज तो कभी वो चार्ज लगाकर नागरिकों को लूटते रहते हैं, जबकि सुभाष चंद्रा का 22 हजार करोड़ का लोन एक झटके में खत्म हो गया है।

NCLT जैसे कानून और संस्था मोदी सरकार 2016 में किसके लिए लाई थी? अपने चहेते कॉर्पोरेट के लिए, जो देश को 20 लाख करोड़ से ज्यादा का चूना लगा चुके हैं।

LIC से लोन कैसे मिला यह बेहद संदिग्ध मामला है। देश में लोन घोटालों का युग है, आप भी कॉर्पोरेट कंपनी खोलिए; मोदी सरकार आपको करोड़पति से अरबपति एक झटके में बनवा देगी।
