@CPCB_OFFICIAL @WBPCB @moefcc @NGTribunal this issue remains unattended & unsolved. Seems to big power game thats crippling you all maybe to take action. Since 3 years the hospital just don't care as it knows that it can easily go unnoticed and carry on the violations.

Complaint several times to @CPCB_OFFICIAL @moefcc @WBPCB @NGTribunal about this illegally run 150 bedded hospital since 2022 but till no action. I suspect some strings have been done as no action or proper investigation till now

SEAC gv notice to @GodrejProp , for the cessation of operations @ JBCH Prakiti Hospital #sodepur as NO environmental & statutory clearances. Yet, the hospital operate without interruption. Despite 3 yrs of complaints to @WBPCB @CPCB_OFFICIAL @NGTribunal @moefcc no action
