If you're a crew member for @SouthwestAir , are you guys on strike? Every single flight out of Phoenix Sky Harbor on December 23rd was canceled. Nobody is answering customer service calls, it's been a total shit show. I've had better experiences on Spirit and Frontier. #Southwest

I have questions for corporate because of how badly they bungled the communication, and the other things they did like not cancel flights immediately instead of having people wait 10+ hours at an airport
