@BandQ@bandq_help yesterday I stayed in from 8am to 6pm on your text of a delivery "AM" the previous day. Contacted you at 1.30 and told it could be up to 8pm, contacted again at 5.30 to be told it won't be coming. Your service is terrible you have utter disregard for customers
@LNER yesterday chaos trains cancelled, delayed, seat allocations cancelled, no one should pay to be treated so badly, they are a disgrace, and now, delay repay rejects my claim!

@lb_southwark sorry to do this via social media however, this bin has been reported to your teams 4 times now, why should anyone have to walk past this? If you provide these, you should be emptying them. #environmental
@JamesMelville He would have tested prior to meeting the Queen, and probably tested several times over several days, I wish people @jamesmelville would get off their " righteousness" and do something useful.
