Also I disagree on your example, I'm not super knowledgeable on this bit of history but I don't see how information was their bottleneck.

@tautologer @viemccoy Even if agi proactively helps bad actors to cause mass harm they still face the same avenues of detection trying to interface with the physical world. They are limmited by their access to money/power and would face the same intelligence with an insurmountable resource gap.

@DreamsOfControl @johnpalmer This is splitting hairs but what do you believe is distinct about the analytical approach? Multiplication is repeated addition and exponentiation is repeated multiplication. N+N is 2N and N^2 is N*N by the definition of the operations.

@EdZenarosa @KosukeKurokami I think an interface useful for artists will be made and probably will be adopted at minimum for inbetweening/render passes on 2d animation, vfx workflows, and post rendering edits on 3d. Possible with current technology and would have utility for artists. Supply finds demand.

@KosukeKurokami I like art and have done hobby animation before but I feel like minor modification has to be possible with ai right? Even if whatever is being used here can't, I feel like I've seen all the necessary parts that would be required to do it. Would be closer to 2d workflow I imagine
