I can't imagine that type of scheme being legal. Unless you're the government, of course.

@JoshuaM97900345 @PackManDre_ @SovietKaren @JOKAQARMY1 FWIW, that's not the law at all. Relevant statute in FL, 316.217(1)(b) states that headlights must be on "during" any rain, smoke,or fog. Case law has clarified that when wipers aren't needed, headlights aren't required. It was not actively raining at the time of this stop.
