@elonmusk Online part of the experience is cool. Pickup at the Raleigh service center is meh. Let’s open one up in Wilmington NC. I will run it and show you what good customer service and communication is. Also not part of the buying process but i wish you would fix the steering wheel, driver seat and left dash rattles in the highland. Decreases the perceived quality of the car.

@StubHub likes to punish people for honest mistakes/accidental purchases. They charge exorbitant fees and won’t give a refund even within 20 minutes of purchase. They justify it hiding behind the secondary market crap while they pocket their fees and won’t even refund those so you can make your money back when they force you to sell the tickets to get the money back. What an awful organization.
