America, more than any other nation in world history, was shaped by the Christian tradition of spreading the gospel unto all nations.

Spotify has 10+ years of listening data on me and they decide they should show me this garbage lineup of "popular artists" on my home page instead of artists I'd actually try listening to.
Post Malone is the only exception to this list...
@ifeellikemacmac Grabbed one from Kilm Type Foundry called Tiempos Headline that I'm obsessed with for H1s, H2s, etc and eyeing a couple of others that might become the new body text on my long overdue personal site update.
I got @bot reading my LinkedIn saves from the previous week each Monday and sending me a newsletter.
Next step having it read it daily to find anything worthwhile that’s not full on slop or cringe lunatic then only giving me the real stuff!
Never looking at LinkedIn again!
It’s insane how much more powerful Claude <> Salesforce are with the beta MCP.
This feels like what we all expected from AgentForce but were never able to get even remotely close to.
American-made products are not impossible. Stories about iPhones costing $37,000 or laptops costing $100,000 are psy-ops, sometimes pushed by foreign adversaries but more commonly by American corporations that want anything but an upset to the status quo.
Gatekeeping won't get you a promotion and it sure as hell won't keep you employed for very long.
Stop doing it. You're ruining your career and making your life miserable at work.
The number of people I encounter in RevOps who gatekeep information is alarming. Preventing someone from doing something isn't job security for you.
You become the inefficiency in the system.
Inefficiencies will be removed.
That's our job.
We need to encourage our teams to let others take on their own work.
Build the dashboard for someone, then hand it off.
Don't protect something that serves a singular purpose and requires regular updates.
Self-service is your lifesaver!
It's ok to remind teams that what they built in the past IS what got the company to where it is today.
At the same time it IS ok to realize that you might need to build something different to get the company to the next step.
If information is being gatekept, it's likely an attempt to hide something that someone doesn't want to admit isn't their best work.
We need to remind them that our role in RevOps is to make our teams more effective.
RevOps leaders need to encourage teams to air out their skeletons in their closets without fear.
Everything in the past was done for a reason and we need to cut our predecessors some slack.
At the same time we need to search out and destroy old processes that are no longer necessary.
Three days spent each month running comp adds up to 36 days a year (288 HOURS).
That is a massive amount of time that could have been used to build a more efficient system.
I once had a guy on my team tell HR that they thought I (the head of RevOps) shouldn't have access to sales compensation numbers because they didn't think I should know that information.
They wanted to own the comp plans.
Comp took 3 days to run.
No AE had ramp schedules.
95% of RevOps is just using AI to answer questions about the tools that other people purchased because everyone assumes you are an expert in every marketing or sales tool ever created.
@eliano So I'm going to need you to stop releasing these... this is my third tee purchase this summer. LOVE the Atlas tee from this summer; stoked to be repping this one in a few days!
