IMO the reason that was so special was that kids under 14 were free. Credit has to be given to the event organizers for that, as it made it the special occasion it was. Took my 11yr old girl to it on the Saturday and now she's hooked. @KVanValkenburg@TheShotgunStart
I love that Rory — whether it was in the moment or watching it back later, doesn't actually matter — got even more juice out of seeing the dads and their kids greenside going bonkers over this putt. So much so that he brought it up on @TheShotgunStart Year in Review.
Shane Lowry once called @enniscronegolf "the best course in Ireland off the beaten track."
But what he didn't mention was a murderous mermaid, slaughtered Vikings and a homicidal pig.https://t.co/NgEYbSQv9I
@cooper_m If an Irish president said and did the things that Trump says and does, how do you think the government and the Irish people would react? Would we put up with it?
@MyGolfSpy At a small club in Ireland, maybe 650 members, there might be 6-8 old guys that have carts they ride due to necessity, a few young guys (<30yrs) walk but the rest of use push a buggy. I think this would be typical of most clubs this side of the pond
