@DannyG_49 I wasn't fan of adding a wideout because of all the guys they'll have returning from injury. But at this point it's pretty clear that Cowing and Watkins aren't it and it might be a good idea to pivot off of one or both and make an addition to the room.

On Jacob Cowing. My number 1 issue on punts is Ball Security. I don't give a shit if you run one back or even get us great field position. Doesn't mean anything if you cannot locate and protect the football. If we cannot get that out of him, we need to look elsewhere. #49ers
Idk why.. But this game feels like it's gonna be our first loss of the season. I honestly don't like the idea of Kirk (possibly), Cooks, Watkins, Turner & Cowing being our top WRs available. These guys leave a lot to be desired. And I sure as hell don't trust Cowing
The 49ers are 3.5-point favorites for an early body-clock start in Atlanta (#13 defense). This will be a very tough game to win if SF is still missing its top-6 WR.
Maybe Nick Bosa returns and the 49ers can take the path of overpowering defensive efficiency to victory?

@HarryBerezin Why are we relying on Kirk? He sucks...Cooks, bye. Cowing...our depth chart is full of guys we dont really need long term either. We have Deebo on 1 year deal. Mike Evans 1 year. We might as well actually trade for someone who would be here after those deals expire.

Watkins is just a clear-out route guy. Brock does not trust cowing to throw it to him.
