An Ohio dad who HUNTED DOWN his 11-year-old daughter's r*pist...

...is sitting in jail on a HIGHER bond than the man who r*ped his 11-year-old daughter AND AN INFANT.

Yes, you read that right... the FATHER has a higher bond than the man who r*ped his daughter.

It began when a mother in Grove City Ohio picked up her daughter's phone and found a video.

A grown man s*xually assaulting her 11-year-old little girl, inside their OWN HOME.

His name is Diego Montoya Gonzalez, he is 20 years old.

The next day, that little girl's father lured the man back to the apartment by posing as his daughter on TikTok.

He got Gonzalez to come back to the apartment.

He told police the plan was to hold him there, beat him up and then call the cops.

When Gonzalez walked in, he reached for his pocket.

The father (who had already watched this man flash a gun in a TikTok video) then sh0t him.

Gonzalez lived. He ran. Police found him slumped in a chair with two gunshot wounds.

Police found multiple videos on his phone of children being abused... one of them was an INFANT.

Now here is the part that should make every parent in America sick.

The alleged child r*pist's bond? $70,000.

The FATHER who tried to protect his baby girl $100,000.

The dad is being held on a HIGHER bond than the monster who hurt his child.

A Detroit woman deposited $50 into BetMGM and turned it into $3.3 MILLION over six days. The casino paid her $100,000, congratulated her, then suspended her account and kept the rest. She spent four years fighting through every court in Michigan just to get her day in court. She still does not have the money.

– Jacqueline Davis deposited $50 into her BetMGM account on March 18 2021 and started playing a game called Luck O' the Roulette.

– Her first bet was $4.50. She lost it.

– She kept playing and over the next six days the Michigan Supreme Court later described what happened as "a heater of epic magnitude."

– As her winnings grew she pressed her bets higher.

– By March 23 she was wagering $5,000 per spin.

– Her account balance reached $3,289,500.75.

– She requested a $100,000 withdrawal.

– BetMGM approved it by email. A VIP host called to discuss transferring such a large amount off the platform. They congratulated her on her winnings.

– The next day her account was suspended for unusual activity.

– BetMGM's investigation found a software malfunction had started on her 28th play.

– Win amounts were being multiplied when transferred from the game screen to her wallet.

– They said her account should have read zero by play 368. They removed the game from Michigan entirely.

– Davis sued for fraud and breach of contract.

– The Wayne Circuit Court dismissed her case.

– The Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal. Both courts said Michigan gaming law gave the regulator exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

– The Michigan Gaming Control Board investigated.

– They found BetMGM had violated rules by failing to report the malfunction promptly and not cooperating fully with the investigation. Took no disciplinary action anyway.

– Davis appealed all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court.

– On July 22 2025 all seven justices ruled unanimously she has the right to take BetMGM to trial. The case was sent back to Wayne Circuit Court.

– That trial has not happened yet. It is now 2026 and she is still waiting.

– BetMGM has not commented.

🚨 San Jose police shot college football player K’aun Green 4 times then the officer sent racist texts calling him the N-word and saying “I hate black people.”

This is the bodycam/surveillance footage from the night Green was shot at La Victoria Taqueria in March 2022.

Green had just disarmed a gunman during a brawl. He was holding the weapon pointed up when Officer Mark McNamara shot him multiple times. Police later admitted Green had nothing to do with any homicide.

McNamara was later exposed in a racist texting scandal. While the case was ongoing, he sent messages referring to Green as “this N-Word,” calling his lawyer a “nigs lawyer,”.

San Jose City Council approved an $8 million settlement the third-largest police payout in city history. No apology. No real accountability.

A Missouri judge stated that an slave woman had no right to refuse her “master.” She was later convicted of murder and hanged.

To overcome racial inequality, we must confront history.

—Celia was tried, convicted, and ultimately executed for killing her owner. Celia confessed: She had tried to put a stop to what had been five years of sexual abuse. At the center of the trial was a dramatic confrontation over the legal standing of enslaved women. Did an enslaved woman have the right to defend herself against sexual assault?

Drawing on Celia’s own words, her court-appointed defense team said “yes.”
Prosecutors, the trial judge, jurors, and the state high court all rejected Celia’s claim.

Enslaved women did not have the same right to self-defense accorded to free women under Missouri law, they concluded.

To allow such resistance would have been to strike at the heart of slaveholders’ power. It also would have recognized the legal personhood, honor, and rights of enslaved women, undermining slavery’s legitimacy.

In subsequent years, legislators and jurists in other slave states made more explicit that sexual coercion of slaves was not a crime. It is this state sanctioned sexual assault that is a baneful legacy of slavery. Even today, it contributes to erroneous ideas about black women as lacking honor and “virtue,” making them especially vulnerable to sexual abuse.
