@The_JBS I believe the plane landed on Sakhalin island, which is what was initially reported to Congressman McDonald’s congressional office and on news. The black box was not found in the sea, nor the large 747. Radar showed a rapid descent. McDonald was seen in Soviet labor camps & more

@RepThomasMassie Congress already has the power to Balance the budget. Don't amend our precious Constitution! The unintended consequences could be destructive. Some even want to call a Constitutional convention for various amendments including the BBA. Too risky, don't do it.
