@fitbit I've deleted my premium subscription due to the #ionicrecall farce. It has just increased stress, and @FitbitSupport doesnt help, just bans and deletes posts on the forum. @Garmin was more expensive up front, but after 6 months is cheaper as no fee

@fitbit @fitbitsupport@google what is going on with the Ionic recall. Told in March to wait 3-6 weeks. Now in August, and a massive thread on the community. You're losing loyalty by the bucket loads, and helping increase stress (as you ask what causes stress on your account)
