Governor Ige has just released $5 Million to finance the design and construction of the Girls Athletic Locker Room on campus.
Although our request for state funding in support of this dream was not approved this session, we honor the tough choices legislators made during these difficult times, and we renew our commitment to press ahead. IMUA! 2/2

Good news for everyone who relies on Hilo Medical Center for intensive care. A $20M allocation to expand and improve those facilities was approved by the state legislature this week. This CIP request was sponsored by Senator Laura Acasio and Rep. Mark Nakashima.
