@PrimehospitalG after struggling for 56 minutes they got me a room. Another Strange behavior at hospital, told nurse I have high temp of 102 need medication. She didn’t even acknowledge anything and left it’s been more the 10 mins. #carelessattitude

@PrimehospitalG very poor customer service, waiting since last 45 mins post all admission formalities are completed. Basic humanities is missing in the hospital, this is Hospital not Hotel we’re ppl are said rooms are not available go around the pool and cafe comeback.

@PrimehospitalG not recommend at all. May ask is why can’t they arrange a room before when they have received the insurance approval for hospitalization or call the patient and check what time patient is planning to come for hospitalization so all the necessary pre-checks.
