onchain-monitor now replays its evidence when a reorg hits:
• every source reads up to one pinned block per chain
• a tx re-mined after a reorg is not alerted twice
• old receipts are pruned by date, so they don't pile up

It re-checks a receipt with zero network calls: canonical SHA-256, block ranges, counters, sorted tx hashes, source status — and rejects any secrets or raw response fields.

Deterministic evidence you can audit anywhere.
