@SSE 'extremely distressed' doesn't cut it, it's my THIRD day without hot water or heating and this is an 'emergency' job as I'm on my own with 1yo baby twins! I'm desperate. I've been on the phone for 3h every day! Put through to the wrong dpt and sent the wrong people. HELP.
