مرکز واتسلاو هاول @havelcenter در بیانیه‌ای اعلام کرد که جایزه سالانه خود را با عنوان disturbing the peace به #توماج_صالحی اهدا خواهد کرد.

این جایزه به نویسندگان شجاع در معرض خطر که بخاطر عقاید خود مورد آزار و اذیت ناعادلانه قرار گرفته‌اند، اهدا می‌شود و به این واسطه از آنها قدردانی می‌شو��.
در بخشی از این بیانیه نوشته شده:« این جایزه به نویسنده یا نویسندگان آثار برجسته داستانی، غیرداستانی ادبی، زندگینامه، خاطرات، نمایشنامه یا شعر که در مخالفت شجاعانه بوده و بدلیل به چالش کشیدن رژیم سرکوبگر مورد آزار قرار گرفته‌اند، اعطا می‌شود.»
همچنین در این بیانیه شرح مختصری از بیوگرافی توماج صالحی و فعالیت‌های او در ��استای دفاع از حقوق بشر نوشته شده است.
