I booked the wrong flight. 0% impressed with @Jetstar_NZ customer service and their policies. I paid $122 for a "Starter" ticket. To swap the departure & arrival cities, it's another $185, for $307 total ($40 contact centre fee + $60 change fee + $85 upgrade fee to "Max").

@Jetstar_NZ The cost of a new one-way ticket for that same time and date (going the right direction) is only $140 with Jetstar. Even a one-way Air NZ ticket is less than the additional $185 they quoted. And see the CX agent's pressure tactics about "sold out quick"😡
