@NavyLookout This is a primary example of why in the commercial world there are regulations regarding hours of work and rest.

To stop overtired crew working to much. Maybe it's time that Royal Navy started applying the same regulations.

@RespectIsVital The General rule is that that the flag of the ship is which countries laws applies, however, when in national water and ports that countries law will also apply.
