Day 25 of building in public 👩‍💻

Today started with one of those errors that makes you immediately wonder what you broke. 😂

One of the account pages suddenly stopped opening correctly.

At first I thought it might be connected to a recent security change, so I went back through everything trying to find where things had gone wrong.

Turns out the actual problem was much smaller.

The page was trying to load account information before sign-in had completely finished.

So the fix was simply making the page wait until the user was fully loaded before showing the account details.

That was it.

No big rebuild.
No undoing the security work.
No new problem created somewhere else. 🙌

The page is working again, the privacy rules stayed intact, and all the tests are passing.

This stage of building is teaching me that sometimes the scary-looking problems have surprisingly small fixes.
