Hii @JioCare recently I lost my sim therefore I blocked the sim through jio app. Have facing Bad Experience at Jio Digital Store tonight. They refused to give new sim. And said to me that this type of facility is not available at the store kindly take feedback and give solution.

📌 બીજા રાજ્યોમાં શિક્ષક, ક્લાર્ક, પોલીસ, આરોગ્ય કર્મચારીને 40,000 થી વધુ પગાર મળે છે —
પણ ગુજરાતમાં એજ કર્મચારીને ફિક્સ પેના નામે અપમાન મળે છે.
📌 ગુજરાત “મોડલ સ્ટેટ” કહેવાય છે — તો પછી એના કર્મચારીને “મોડલ મજૂરી” કેમ મળે છે?

🔷 અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં કર્મચારીને નિયમિત પગાર, ભથ્થાં, પેન્શન અને ગ્રેચ્યુઈટી જેવી બધી સુવિધાઓ મળે છે.
🔷 જયારે ગુજરાતમાં “ફિક્સ પે” નામે શરમજનક બાંધી રાખવાની પ્રથા છે.

આ ફિક્સ પે નીતિ એ ગુજરાતની અસ્મિતા પર એક કલંક છે.
એક એવું કલંક — જે હજારો કર્મચારીઓના ચિત્કારને દબાવી દે છે.

તો પછી એક જ રાજ્યમાં ભેદભાવ શા માટે?

> “ગુજરાતના કર્મચારી માટે સરકાર પાસે ફિક્સ પે છે,
