@UPS you failed miserably in your co-ordination between customer service and local facilities. Hours spent on confirming with @UPS went in vein. It is real shit show with you guys. An important package is returned to the sender now.

@AlaskaAir Flight 171 delayed by over 3 hours now. Flight from SEA to LAS was delayed, and now LAS to SEA delayed as well. Meal voucher for just $12 given which hardly covers anything. No new flight arranged, no parts available, crew have no clear answer how long will it take
