@Khiva1 @parmjeet1975 Normally the baggage rules of the first leg applies to the whole trip. And first leg had baggage limit of 2 bags.

@Khiva1 @parmjeet1975 Even economy fare does. My ticket clearly said 2 bags allowed on economy class. We are even Star alliance Gold!

Basically this is the issue - I have not received the item. The tracking says “delivered to agent”. I don’t know what agent means. I have not received it. I contacted the seller through offerup but the seller hasn’t responded. Looks fishy.

@OfferUpSupport looks like there is an issue in your app. I am unable to open a buyer protection claim even though the notification that the item was delivered showed up today in the app. The app even says that I have until 9/19 8pm to open the claim but still doesn’t let me.
