@drkeithsiau Hi.your question is vague to people . Any major abdominal surgery is either an elective to control a disease( I.e. cancer). In which the patient is counseled to the pros and cons . Or an emergency ( life threatening ) in which the patient is dying if not treated

@Fahad_Y2 وفي المستشفيات نفس الشي ، السعودي له سلم موحد حسب تصنيفه ( استشاري ..الخ) له راتب اساسي مع بدل سكن وبدل ندرة وتميز ونقل . الغير سعودي له سلم خاص به international.
له راتب اساسي اعلى من زميله السعودي وبدل تذاكر سنوية وبدل تعليم ل ٢ من اولاده مدارس خاصة .
ويكون الراتب الكلي اعلى

@drkeithsiau This is a long standing achalasia. Birds peak appearance is pathognomonic . A hellers myotomy is the surgical approach . But I usually recommend Esophagectomy for this end stage
