@narendramodi@narendramodi Thank you for championing birds, PM Modi ji. Please also speak up for our street dogs who face brutal violence daily. They need your voice, stricter anti-cruelty laws, and structured community care. Let's make India kind to all
LEGAL NOTICE SERVED TO MR. BHAGWANT MANN!!
Earlier today, a comprehensive legal notice was served to him by Adv. Poulomi Shukla of the NYAARI Legal Foundation on behalf of @PandeyKamna. The notice urged strict adherence to the law of the land and the orders of the Supreme Court, while cautioning against any action that may amount to contempt of court.
Bhagwant Mann has reconsidered his earlier stance regarding a campaign to exterminate dogs. His recent statement reflects a significant moderation in tone compared to his previous tweet.
This is the start... You use stray dogs lives for your party, money and power!! All three will be put in question by your karma!!

@PTI_News@BhagwantMann@BhagwantMann The Supreme Court order never said 'eliminate all stray dogs'. Any mass cruelty will face immediate legal challenge from animal welfare organisations. We need scientific containment, not misinformation
@PTI_News@BhagwantMann@BhagwantMann Mischaracterising a Supreme Court order to justify mass culling is a direct violation of animal protection laws and amounts to contempt of court. Stick to legal sterilization and vaccination guidelines
#StrayDogs #SupremeCourt
The "Public Nuisance & Illegal Activity" Post
Subject: URGENT: Illegal Gambling and Public Drinking at Aandolan Park Land, Savitri Nagar (PS Malviya Nagar)
"I am writing to bring a persistent law and order issue to the attention of @DelhiPolice and @DCPSouthDelhi
The open government land known as Aandolan Park in Savitri Nagar is being misused daily for open gambling and public drinking. While those involved claim to be 'retired locals just sitting,' the reality is that they have divided this public space into a private den for illegal activities.
The Issue:
The 'Hide & Seek' Game: They hide the moment they see a police patrol and resume their activities the second the police leave. There is absolutely no fear of the law.
Public Nuisance: An open field meant for the public is now a hostile zone. Drinking and gambling in the open make it impossible for anyone else to walk through or use the space.
Defiance of Authority: Routine patrolling is proving ineffective as the activity restarts immediately after the patrol passes.
We request the SHO Malviya Nagar and @CPDelhi to take strict, permanent action. We need a Special Raid to clear these illegal setups and a regular Police Picket during peak hours to reclaim this government land for the public.
Location: Aandolan Park Savitri Nagar, Malviya Nagar. South delhi

Cruelty against Dogs
A man from Bijnor, Rajasthan was seen forcefully feeding alcohol to 2-week-old puppies, putting their lives at serious risk.
But this won’t get covered in the news.
#AnimalCruelty#JusticeForAnimals
@gupta_rekha , Ma'am we deeply appreciate your swift action in the Malviya Nagar case for our North East sisters. However, another daughter of Delhi—I, Radhika Seth (9718262927)—was recently attacked, assaulted, and slapped by an intoxicated man while feeding dogs near Malviya Nagar.
No action has been taken by the police yet. If 'Delhi belongs to everyone' and the safety of every daughter is a priority, why am I being left unprotected for showing compassion to animals?
I demand that an FIR be registered immediately and strict action be taken against this attacker, just as you did in the racial abuse case @CMODelhi@DelhiPolice@DCPSouthDelhi@NCWIndia #JusticeForRadhika #MalviyaNagar #WomenSafety #DelhiCM
Tragedy at Chandigarh MC shelter: A mother dog, confined to a cage for 60 days, ate her own puppies.
Extreme confinement leads to extreme distress. This system is failing our animals. 🐾🚫

250 Indian dogs and puppies killed by administering lethal injections in India.
Mass murders and extreme hate for dogs has started in India ! @PhaedraXTeddy@domdyer70@AwbiBallabhgarh
Question to Supreme Court of India is why all this is happening now ?
> Location : Velagaluru village, G. Konduru Mandal, NTR district, AP, India.
> Contract killers to cull the stray dogs mercilessly after administering lethal injections.
> Tractors with JCBs were used to dig pits and dump the dogs.
> The dogs were then buried in pits near the Polavaram Right Main Canal.
Animal rights activists and villagers protested after discovering the mass killing.
A villager noticed the pits and alerted animal rights activists.
The incident came to light when Kakinada-based animal rescue organisation member Pasumarthi Eswari reached the spot and noticed the pits.
