@PostOffice hi, is there an issue with drop and go today? I can’t add to a manifest via desktop so I’ve tried my phone and I can’t export via my phone 🤦🏼♀️ (the tabs are non clickable).
@RoyalMailHelp could you please shed some light on why this package was returned to me? The pink sticker says it needs a cn22 - which is clearly attached with all the relevant info. Can I claim a refund for this? And will it reach the customer if I resend?

@PostOffice your drop & go website seems to have had a change made to it. As such I can’t print my manifest as the export & send button is greyed out. (On computer & phone). Please advise as I need the manifest to include with my mail.
@PostOffice This is new? I’ve never seen it done this way before. Does this mean I don’t need the big cn22 sticker on my package? These changes seem to have been made but users haven’t been informed about it. Very confusing.

@PostOffice can staffing issues be addressed? Drop & Go dropped off on Friday not being processed til today? And 9 times out of 10 not done til next day. Billed as ‘same day service’. Always staffing shortage to blame. Not good enough service!
@them_apples Same. I noticed an additional payment go out of my account. Phoned up - ‘approx 55 min wait time for call to be answered’ 🤦🏼♀️. I don’t expect to get a reply to my email either 🙄.
