@Nigel_Farage@Nigel_Farage I’m not expecting a reply, but I listened to your interview on BBC Essex and wanted to respond respectfully to your comments on ADHD. 1/4
3/4 My son was diagnosed at age 6. We’ve never used ADHD as an excuse for behaviour, but understanding it has helped him manage challenges and build resilience. He’s now nearly 16 and far more self-aware because of it. And also knows how to manage his deregulation
People with ADHD don’t just struggle with focus — they make thousands more decisions a day.
Every task, every distraction, every impulse = a mental negotiation.
No wonder we’re exhausted by noon. It’s not laziness. It’s cognitive overload. #ADHD#Neurodivergent

A Labour government would give £2,400 to teachers in the very early stages of their career in England to try to stop them leaving the profession.
1. It’s experienced teachers you need to try and keep.
2. The possibility of £2,400 means nothing to someone who is working themselves into the ground and becoming physically ill.
3. Use the 50 million budgeted for this to pay for more PPA time for classroom teachers in the schools/areas where they are most likely to quit.
