1. AA flight was asked to transition from Runway 01 to 33 quite late in the approach. The pilot accepted the request.
2. The helicopter declared visual separation in the recording. It's clear that was not possible.
3. The final turn for the AA flight onto the RWY33 approach was a decending left bank, likely obscuring the left seat pilot's view of the helo, which was on an ascending path.
